Anxiety can affect anybody regardless of age or background. Common causes include work, money worries and relationships. it can be truly devastating to feel no longer able to cope. Unfamiliar feelings of indecision and constant anxiety can leave us feeling bewildered, helpless and alone.
Pressure is a normal, healthy aspect of most people’s lives and helps us remain motivated and focussed. It is likely that pressure levels will vary, and take us out of our comfort zone from time to time. for many, this is a natural part of life and usually won’t present any problems.
